Have you ever
been curious…

Why some moms come out of birth feeling strong and empowered, while others come out of birth disappointed and overwhelmed?

Let me tell you a little secret.

Preparations & expectations make all the difference.

Do any of these sound familiar, sweet momma?

  • Feeling like you need to gather #alltheinfo so you can be prepared when your little one arrives, but feeling overwhelmed by what to actually read or do because there is just so much information out there.

  • Worrying about the unknowns that come with birth. From knowing when you are actually in labor to what the process is truly like; heck, to even worrying about if you will be a good mom?

  • Struggling to find the time to prepare for this new chapter of life. That to-do list is a mile long and you’re wondering what do I really need to finish on it.

This is SO GOOD! I am one of those “wait, you don’t go to the hospital at the first contraction” clueless types, and can’t thank you enough already.

My partner and I are foster parents to two kiddos but this is our first baby, and we were seriously stressing about finding the time (and arranging childcare) to do an in-person birthing class. Plus this checks off the partner class and newborn basics class we were considering taking, too.

Is Birth Prep for Everyone?

I decided to spend time on Birth Prep because I wanted to feel in control of my birth. It was so helpful and made birth prep exciting instead of intimidating!
Birth Prep background.jpg

  • You want to show up at the hospital and let the doctors and nurses make all of the decisions for you.
  • You are looking for something that makes birth look like rainbows and unicorns. This course is about creating an empowering birth (and sharing the raw and real parts of birth & postpartum).
  • You are planning a scheduled c-section. This course is heavily focused on vaginal deliveries and touches on unexpected cesarean sections. But, be on the lookout for another course soon geared just for you, sweet momma!

What’s this going to cost me?

You can keep spending countless hours sifting through Youtube, blogs, and good ‘ole Google for all things birth and postpartum. When it comes to birth—there can be A LOT of biased information out there.

Or, you can sign up for Birth Prep--

The exact step-by-step program I used to prepare for birth, postpartum and newborn life in less than 3 weeks.

So who is this Motherhood Expert + Childbirth Educator showing you the ropes?

Hi, I’m your teacher, Mandy Roberson.

I help modern moms prepare for birth, postpartum, and motherhood. If you want to get technical, I'm a certified childbirth educator (CCCE). Ok, ok, so I'm also a self-proclaimed pregnancy and birth junkie. Not the crunchy granola type of birth junkie, but a firm believer in sharing the research on birth, empowering moms with options, and coaching them to have the best birth and postpartum experience possible. A lot has changed since our moms were giving birth.

A not-so-great birth experience with my son, Brody, 4 years ago catapulted my passion for preparing moms for modern motherhood and birth. Through the exact techniques I teach in this course, I had the most empowering experience of my life giving birth to my daughter, Isla, just last year.

Now, as an online instructor and founder of Momma Society, I’ve been able to support and encourage over 80,000 modern moms and moms-to-be from across the globe each month. You could say, I’m a motherhood cheerleader!

You read that right. I believe so strongly in the techniques and content in Birth Prep, which is why I offer a generous 14-day money back guarantee. Simply let me know within 14 days of enrollment that Birth Prep isn’t working for you, and I’ll happily give you a refund.

Hillary Bruce | Birth Prep online course testimonial
I wanted to say how incredibly helpful the course has been. Every time we watch it I end up with questions to ask my doctor and she always comments on what good questions they are! We have a few more modules to finish, but it’s been such a fantastic investment for us, so thank you!

You've Got Questions. I've Got Answers.

I’m already in my 3rd trimester—is it too late to take the course?

No! I recommend starting the course sometime between weeks 20-36 of pregnancy. But the cool thing about Birth Prep is you get lifetime access.

What if I plan on using an epidural? Will Birth Prep help me?

Yup. I've been there. You’ll learn strategies on how and when to best use an epidural if that’s your jam. My approach is to teach you research-based information on all options of birth then let you make the decision that is best for you.

I don't think I have time for this-How long does it take?

Time is of the essence, especially in parenthood. This program was designed with the busy mom in mind. It's less about the anatomy of birth and more about the actionable steps that will truly prepare you for labor and newborn life. The lessons will be added to your account as we work through them over the month of July. Too busy right now? Spread out the modules over your entire 3rd trimester. The ball is in your court, sweet momma.

I'm planning an unmedicated birth, is this course for me?

Yup. I’ve been there too. You’ll learn techniques on managing pain and gain access to an entire toolkit full of comfort measures. There are the exact techniques I used for my unmedicated birth that you too can use them to achieve the unmedicated birth you are dreaming of if that’s your jam.

What If I've already given birth before? Is this course for me?

Yes! This course is designed for modern mothers who desire an empowering birth experience and smooth transition to postpartum. I don’t know about you, but I sure forgot all. the. things. during the 2.5 years between my births. Pregnancy can be a stressful time, especially when you have another little one. This course will hold your hand through the preparation for your upcoming birth. There are even a couple of pages in the Parenthood Prep workbook geared just for moms who have other children.

Do you offer any refunds or guarantees?

Of course! I genuinely want you to feel confident for your birth and postpartum experience, which is why I offer a generous 14-day money back guarantee. Simply let me know within 14 days if you’d like a refund, and I’ll give you one, no questions asked.

How long do I have access to this course?

Lifetime access, baby! That means you can hop back on and reference everything I teach for years to come. If you find yourself expecting another bun in the oven, hop back on for a refresher. #mombrain is real, ya'll.

How quickly will I get access to the materials and private community?

I know the time crunch that comes with a baby on the way! Your first lesson will land in your inbox July 8th. Every 2-3 days that follow for 3 weeks, you will receive a personal email from me with more lessons and actionable activities. You'll receive access to the Milkology Breastfeeding course, all of the worksheets, and our exclusive community for students right away.

Can I sign up anytime?

Since I want to give you my full attention and support through the course (I wasn't kidding about the hand holding!), I am only able to open 8 spots a month. These fill up quick, so hop on it!
